This is the first Niue Infrastructure Investment Plan for the period 2023-2033. The Plan sets out the priorities for infrastructure investment, based on a strategic review of priorities, aimed at supporting economic and social development objectives. The Plan is in support of Niue's national initiatives toward Niue ke monuina - a prosperous Niue under the Niue National Strategic Plan 2016-2026, known as Niue ko kaina.
