The Joint PRIF/WG COP webinar - Guide to Mobility for Livable Pacific Cities Webinar 2/ 9: Designing streets to prioritize micromobility is the second of a nine-part series to disseminate the findings of World Bank report on a "Guide to Mobility for Livable Pacific Cities".  The second episode will focus on 'Designing streets to prioritize walking, cycling and micromobility'.

This is an annual gathering of the Finance and Economic Ministers of the Pacific Islands Forum.  Prior to the Ministers' meeting, the Regions' Senior Finance and Economic Officials meet to deliberate on issues that will be put forward to the Ministers.

The 4th Clean Pacific Roundtable (CPRT) meeting is intended to provide a vehicle to disseminate outcomes, promote regional collaboration and resource complementarity, and expand networking opportunities to assist Pacific Island countries and territories in the delivery of safe and sustainable waste management practices and to prevent pollution-related issues that impact the health of the ocean and communities within the region.

From 26-30 August 2024, the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting will be hosted by Tonga and chaired by the Prime Minister of Tonga, Hon Hu’akavemeiliku Siaosi Sovaleni. Tonga’s vision for the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting is for the Pacific to move beyond policy deliberation to implementation – to achieve transformation by building better now.
