The plan will guide public investment planning and budgeting and support donor coordination.  It is aligned with the Te Kaeenga III and the Te Kete – Tuvalu’s national development strategies – and Tuvalu’s recovery and vulnerability reduction plan – which prioritize infrastructure projects that helps address climate-related, economic, and social needs that are vital for Tuvalu’s sustainable development.  The plan identifies 16 infrastructure projects to prioritize based on Kaeenga III and the Te Keke criteria.
