The Tonga National Infrastructure Investment Plan 2021-2030 articulates the Government of Tonga’s priority infrastructure projects for the plan period. A separate guidance manual complements the report with templates documenting the mainstreamed infrastructure planning and programming tools and processes, along with several attachments that offer additional information and suggestions for further development of the mainstreamed approach.
