This report presents the 2012 benchmarking results of 22 water utilities in the Pacific region, prepared under the direction of the Pacific Water and Wastes Association and with the support of the Pacific Infrastructure Advisory Centre. Collectively, the utilities that participated in this year's benchmarking survey are supplying water to some 1.8 million people and providing wastewater services to approximately half a million people.
