The report provides information on specific power project investment opportunities, a listing of existing and planned private sector investments, and an analysis of barriers to private sector investment in the Pacific and some recommendations. It was written as a material for the Second Pacific Energy Investors Forum held in Tonga on 4 August 2016, organised by the Pacific Power Association (PPA).
