The Review, prepared jointly by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environmental Programme (SPREP) and the Environmental Defenders Office Ltd (EDO NSW), updates and builds on the reviews conducted in the early 2000s under the International Waters Project. The review offers a brief overview of environmental legislation in force in Palau, identified and is current as of January 2018.
