PRIF Charter 2018 (revised 2023)

This Charter explains what it means to be a Development Partner (Partner) of the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (PRIF). It is not a legally binding document and does not create rights or obligations under international law; and is a statement of general principles and guidelines governing PRIF and Partners’ cooperation.
